Inclusive Meaningful Purposeful Advocacy for Change and Transformation / IMPACT – engaging creativity for positive beautiful goals through the arts. A fresh, essential, simple, elegant style is our philosophy.

Giulia Grassilli – After more than 15 years experience as a creative professional in communication and in the film industry, I would like to share my approach in using creativity for social change. I engaged at global and local level in the field of equality, human rights and development for campaigning and advocacy for diversity and justice, collaborating with several INGOs, NGOs, arts, social and cultural institutions. Festival director of Human Rights Nights; founder of the Human Rights Film Network – a global network for human rights festivals, mentor of several community project and social enterprises, I would like to scale up my commitment to further projects here in the UK and beyond.

Marco Grà – As a visual artist and art director, my career has been guided by the belief that art can be a powerful tool for social change. With a background in the world of art and fashion, I have always sought to use my skills to promote social justice, equality, human rights, and animal rights. I have collaborated with publishers such as Pàtron Editore and Zanichelli Editore, and I have developed an interest in indigenous cultures, creating the Kosa Art Gallery in Bologna.  Currently, I am also expanding my commitment in the field of interior design, always with a careful eye on social and environmental impact.

Elisabetta Mazzoli – Freelance consultant with over 15 years of experience in communication, digital marketing, and content strategy. I collaborate with creative agencies and clients across various sectors, managing online and offline communication projects, editorial plans, website management, and event organization. With a degree in Business Administration specializing in communication and a Master’s in tourism marketing, I offer strategic consultancy in social media, content, and community management. I also serve as a mentor for Refugees Welcome, supporting refugee integration in Italy.

Oriana Emma – With a multidisciplinary background in visual arts, theater, and cinema, I have specialized in graphic design (Soel, Simplicity Design) and digital photography (Fotografia Nuda). I have created graphic and visual compositions accompanied by texts, which for a certain period have been the hallmark of my artistic work (Alice nell’Anima). Interested in social, anthropological, and political themes, I integrate these insights into my predominantly visual work, which I carry out in contexts of communication and expressiveness through art (Artelibera). In recent years, I have also increasingly approached the technology of generative art and the conceptual dimension.

Raffaello Rossini – As a visual anthropologist and founder of Borders of Borders, I’ve dedicated my career to exploring global cultures and challenges through art and filmmaking. Based in Bologna, my journey has been enriched by diverse relationships and experiences worldwide, enhancing my skills and perspectives. With a background in anthropology and a passion for visual storytelling, I strive to document human experiences with sensitivity to cultural nuances. My holistic approach combines various creative disciplines to promote understanding and empathy across different communities.
